Refund

 

1. Quality issues of ordered item(s)

uashoesforsale.com has a high-standard procedure of quality inspection. However, if you received the items that confirmed as defective items. We will range a full refund or a replacement for you. In this case, please follow the listed steps:

1) Contact us via: [email protected],and describe the problems with clear image and short video attached;

2) Processing: We will check and process the issue within 36 hour after receiving the request.

3) Confirmed: We will range you a full refund within 72 hours once it is confirmed.

4) Replacement: You can also choose a new items for replacement if you want.

 

2. Out of Stock

If there is any stock shortage happens that we are unable to ship the items in time, our customer service will contact If you purchase goods and we are unable to ship them out due to a stock shortage, we will contact you immediately. In that case, you can choose a full refund.

 

  1. Wrong Items

If you’ve received the items by mistake, which rarely happens, You can have a full refund and return the items back. Or you can choose to a exchange. In this case, we will cover all the shipping cost.

2) Describe the problems in the email.

3) Processing: Our customer service will process the issue within 24 hour after receiving the request.

4) Confirmed: Once it is confirmed, you can choose a full refund or accept a exchange.  But you have to return the items back.

Note:  In this case, we will range you a full refund within 72 hours or ship a new one to you within 24 hours. We will cover all the shipping cost.

 

 

Return and Exchange Situation

 

  1. Can I return it if I don’t like it?

If you do not satisfy with the items you ordered without the size, color, quality related problems, you can apply for a return within 7days. Please follow the steps listed:

2) Explain the reasons

3) Processing: Our customer service will process the issue and send you a return address within 24 hour after receiving the request.

4) Return the item(s): Once you have confirmed, you have to return the items back to the address we’ve provided.

5) Refund: We will range you a full refund within 24 hours after receiving the returned items.

Note: In this case, you shall bear all the shipping costs.

 

  1. Can I return it if it doesn’t fit?

There is two situations on the size problem: first one is wrong size that doesn’t match the order and the second one is ordered size that doesn’t fit. For both situations, please follow the steps listed:

2) Describe the problems and attach the clear image if the item(s) which showing the size information. Choose a refund or an exchange in the email.

3) Processing: Our customer service will process the issue within 24 hours.

4) Refund or Exchange: Once it is confirmed, we will send you a return address and range a full refund or an exchange.

Note: Based on the different situations, we only cover the shipping cost for the mistaken size that listed as the first situation. For the second situation, you may have to bear the return and exchange shipping costs.

 

3. Color problem

If you received different color that doesn’t match your order, please contact us within 30 days to apply for a refund or an exchange.
